My husband and I just bought a 4-bedroom home in Mission Viejo and we are looking for a Christian female to rent our large upstairs bedroom (20x20 feet) with a private bath right next to it. The room has high ceilings, recessed lighting, a fan, and lots of windows with natural light. Use of kitchen and laundry included. We have 2 small dogs that are both hypoallergenic and stay downstairs. I am a teacher currently working from home and need quiet in the mornings on weekdays until noon. My husband is a chef. The room is available starting Jan. 1 2021. $1100/month plus $100 for utilities.
