One of my roommates is moving out by February 28th and I need to find a third roommate to move in for March 1st.
The room is unfurnished, no pets as I already have two cats. The bathroom will be shared with my other roommate.
The rent is currently $826 + 1/3 of utilities. Rent will be going up March 1 and I will update ad when I have the new monthly rates.
