I have a room for rent available 09/01/19.

Rent is $1100 including utilities (water, electricity, gas).

The unfurnished room is 12x11. You will get kitchen privileges, one assigned parking spot, in-condo laundry use, and private bathroom.

No smoking, drugs, excessive drinking, parties, or overnight guests allowed.

I do have a friendly mini poodle so no additional pets allowed.

Must pass background and credit check.
