One of my roommates is getting married so we're looking for someone to take his spot in our awesome 5bd/3bth house in Costa Mesa. The place is kept very clean and have cleaners come. We have a big backyard too. Driveway and street parking.

Move in date: April 1 or May 1

You'll get:
1. Your own bedroom (not furnished) - shared bath
2. A great set of roommates (4) young Christian professionals in their mid 20s/30s
3. Super nice neighborhood, next to freeways (405, 55, 73, and 5) the LAB, CAMP, 17th street, Newport Beach, South Coast Plaza, Vanguard University, UCI, OCC, TeWinkle Park, tennis and basketball courts, skate park, back bay and lots more.
4. Affordable rent ($1000 + utilities approx. $50)

We're really down to earth and fun loving Christian guys. We're looking for an easy going roommate who would be a good fit and that is respectful, honest, clean, considerate, friendly and upbeat. Ideally you have a life, a full time job OR a full time student.
