Housing For Rent
Hello Everyone! My name is Nadien, I am a pediatric nurse and work locally in HB. I am writing this post to help my Aunt Sandy find a room to rent by April 1st, 2017. My grandma just recently sold her house in Whittier, CA and now my aunt has to move out. She is a caring, sweet, Christian women who attends Calvary Chapel in Whittier. She loves attending bible study, service, LOVES her outdoor plants, has a very small (quiet) dog named Heidi. Heidi is well trained and sleeps most of the day (she is very old). Originally my aunt was planning to move out of state alone, but our family and church family would love for her stay near us. My aunt is VERY CLEAN, loves her quiet time to read, and really keeps to herself. I hate to see her stressing out so I told her I would help as much as I can She can afford between $ 600-750 in rent and would prefer her own restroom. We are open to the location and just want to find a good match. She is a huge blessing to our family and we would be sad to see her leave us. She is also a really good cook ! She is looking for a minimum of 1 year lease. PLEASE if there is anyone reading this who is willing to take her in text or call me at (714) 443-9589. You would be an answered prayer for us all.
Hi Nadien ~
I too shall be moving due to the fact my landlord recently passed. I live in Laguna Woods and 2 bedrooms (elevator building) are
running from !800 to 2200, and which is more than I'm paying now. Yet, the floorplans are excellant both bedrooms are at opposite
ends of the condo the master (which I have) as well as the second b/rm have their own bath.
If we could find something in that range we may be able to work something out ~ she sounds like a lovely person.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Hi Mary , I'm so sorry I didn't see this message earlier. Is the room still available ? Thank you for replying.
Would your aunt consider free room and board in exchange for taking care of and being a companion to my 94 yr. old mom 5 days a week?
If so please call me.
