This is a very peaceful, quiet home with a professional, Christian woman, It's very bright and cheery. Morning sun floods the living area and kitchen. And the setting sun fills the home in the evening. It's gorgeous.
Roommate must be Covid19 tested, free testing at Rite Aid. Must observe the CDC guidelines to prevent spreading the virus while living in rental.
This is a furnished room in a townhouse, with a double bed and dresser and wall to wall large closet.
The room has a sliding glass door onto a small private patio included with the room. This includes a private powder room, and a shared tub/shower.
There are house rules:
No people over. No overnight guests. No animals of any kind/ no exceptions. No smoking/drinking/vaping/cannabis. No exceptions. Must be clean and clean up after yourself daily.
This a peaceful happy place, with a professional Christian woman. I work a lot so I need a room mate who is quiet, clean and respectful.
I'm a happy person, though these rules may seem strong. I've learned from having renters and bad experiences, to set rules for peaceful living.
It's bright and very cheery. Beautifully decorated. A beautiful large patio to enjoy meals and morning coffee.
This home faces a park and canyon, so there is lots of area to go walking, cycling and enjoying nature.
There is use of the kitchen and laundry.
Close to shops, grocery stores, Walmart. Between El Toro and Alicia. Just off Alicia.
Will require a first and last month's rent and a damage deposit. Proof of employment. Sorry, no children.

My name is Tina Hoelscher Romero. I am a 40 year old elementary school teacher in Laguna Niguel. I work in the classroom 4 days a week and attend bible study on Thursdays. I am usually gone at work from 8am to 6pm daily but since I will be getting a second job I will be gone even more than that.
