I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease in a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment in Fountain Valley. I am in no rush to leave, so I would be flexible on move in date for Feb/March. It's a great location (super close to the 405), and is conveniently located to grocery stores/gas/shopping. My roommate is wonderful (late 20s, solid Christian, works in youth ministry). Our lease is up on July 14th, but I am looking for someone to take it over for me (management has okayed that) so that I can move much closer to work sooner than July. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom (in the room) and LOTS of closet space. There is definitely space for a queen and dresser, plus more! We only have 1 car space that we share based on our schedule, but there are guest spots we use and street parking. To be honest, the street parking can get very crowded after 5pm, but there is a street that I always, always find a spot on and it is still very close to the apartment and very safe. Laundry is not in the unit, but there are several nice facilities in our complex. It is not expensive and it uses a reloadable card so you do not have to carry change around. I currently pay $1035 (with pet rent), so it would be $1010/mo...but if you are firm on the $900/mo for everything, then it is possible that I can make that happen to include utilities and rent (we can talk!). Please email or text me if you are interested or want to know more! Thanks!
