Develop and create short- and long-form digital content in for a Christian, faith-based ministry.
Overall Job Description:
The Videographer serves to convey the message of the ministry both internally and externally. This position is responsible for creating quality, life-changing stories, and content and present it in a way that is both engaging and visually appealing.
Abilities and skills
Must have experience in successfully planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video.
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects from start to finish.
Must be innovative and create new ideas.
Must be able to work with others in a positive manner.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the content team (creative director, content producer, designer) to develop stories, themes, and community through digital platforms.
Strategize and produce excellent video and digital content for a Christian, faith-based ministry, with content used both internally and externally
Perform post-production tasks including editing, rendering, and delivering to various digital platforms.
Analyze viewer experience and impact.
Other duties as needed.
BA in Visual Arts, Communications, or a similar degree, or at least two years of relevant experience.
Required experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred.
Required understanding of videography/photography and equipment/technology best practices.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, Social Media preferred.
Experience with Mac computers.
Ability to exercise discernment and take initiative between projects.
