The apartment is an upper unit that is 740 square feet and has double paned windows to keep any noise out. It even has arched ceilings!
PARKING: 2 parking spots are included. 1 unmarked spot and 1 covered assigned spot that is right outside your front door.
What sold us originally on this apartment? There is an AMAZING AMOUNT of guest parking! There are 2 extra lots that you can park in plus a neighborhood close by that is walking distance. Plus: a WALK IN CLOSET, CENTRAL AC, and is a very beautiful complex!
RENT: $1820 per month. This unit is currently running for at least $2000 - $2200 per month.
DEPOSIT: We paid a $650 security deposit when we moved in. You would get to keep the deposit and would not need to provide another one.
To qualify for the lease takeover, you would need to pay a $40 application fee to our leasing office. They would then run a credit check & would need your 2 most recent paystubs. This can be completed by them by a max of 72 hours.
FURNITURE: you could choose to purchase some furniture from us that we are selling. This unit would come with a fridge!
