Administrative Office Assistant:
Scope of this position: (Brief description of this position)
This position, under the direction of the Office Manager, performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties involving tracking inventories, posting mail and courier packages, credit card reconciliation, purchasing of supplies, filing and maintaining records or reports in support of the assigned ministry or area. The Office Assistant performs routine and repetitive general clerical duties as well as a variety of typing, filing and record-keeping duties requiring the proficient use of keyboard equipment. Candidate should be detail-oriented, personable and have skills in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular MSWord and MSExcel).
