Two rooms are available in the new Baker Ranch Lake Forest Community. One
furnished bedroom and one unfurnished bedroom for rent in a brand new
constructed multi-million luxury home: FREE One month rent when signing
up a one-year lease. *The one month rent forgiveness can only be used
towards the end of the lease NOT the beginning of the lease. At the
beginning you are required to pay the rent on time (1st day of each
month). Late payments will automatically not eligible for this offer.
Respectful and good tenants are hard to find so this serve as a reward
when you follow the house rules and able to keep the property clean +
paying rent on time. Utilities and Wifi are included. The property is
located in the brand new community in Lake Forest (10 mins away from the
Irvine Spectrum Center). Everything here is NEW! From shopping and
dining to business centers and outstanding schools, you’ll have
everything you need within reach. While enjoying your stay, you’ll be
surrounded by resort-style amenities that keep you active and refreshed.

About you: I need you to be a non-smoker, quiet, honest, clean,
respectful and positive. Ideally you have a life, a full time job OR a
full time student who gets out of the house 5 days a week. No random
guests are allowed. No loud music is allowed. If you're looking for a
loud party environment, this is not a good fit. This property is best
suited for someone who is busy, has a life, and wants to come home to
peace and quiet and just relax etc.

About the rooms: Rent starts from $900-1100 per month (Lake Forest
property). All rooms can be fully furnished or unfurnished. Utilities is
included in the rent, however if water or power is used excessively
then we will split utilities. Lastly, if you are looking for a quality
environment with high quality roommates, please email your description
and answer the following questions. *Background check is required before
moving in.
